Lexi's Drink Barn — Local services in Kokomo

I have been a customer for YEARS, until today! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT EITHER OF THE LEXI'S!!! WHY???? Right before she swiped my card for $5.55, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip (which is a question they've never asked before but I didn't think about it too deep)... I paid, was given no receipt and pulled off and ate my food within seconds (because their portions ain't worth anything anyway) the cashier overcharged my card by $2! Which messed everything up because I only had so much on my card. I went back and she physically handed me my money which proves she knew exactly what she was doing when she swiped my card. She added her own tip after I politely declined tipping in the 1st place. Good bye! Have a nice life! Never again! Very dishonest...

I apologize, but I would appreciate it if you refrained from requesting a tip and then displaying disappointment and frustration when it is declined. I declined to provide a tip after waiting in line for 20 minutes behind 3 cars while the attendant at the window engaged in conversation with her friends. The customer ahead of me required 6 minutes to receive his single drink order, as the attendant prioritized conversation over fulfilling her duties. I ordered two drinks, which were handed to me in approximately 2 minutes. I was purchasing those drinks for my elderly parents, who are fond of that location. That is the sole reason I remained in line. However, after sharing my experience with them, they have decided not to return to...
