Until today, I never had any problems with this store. But today, a blonde employee named Alina A. treated me like I was invisible. I was clearly waiting in line, yet she completely ignored me and warmly called a white middle-aged man “sir” and took him first. Asian passing, maybe? Hard to believe, especially in a neighborhood with so many successful Asians.

I’ve already filed a complaint with the corporate customer service, and I’m very curious to see how they handle this.
