Very disappointed with the store with the new ownership… multiple experiences with nothing but disrespect and bad attitudes from who I assume are the new owners.

Went in once to rent a carpet cleaner which I always do 1-2 times a year. Told them I have used it many times, but got a 5 minute speech on how I’d be fined if/when I clipped off the 3rd prong of the power cord. This was after I told them 3 times I’ve used it without any problems. If you don’t trust people, then don’t rent anything out.

Also, went in to make a small purchase and was told I couldn’t use a card because my purchase was too small. I had already swiped my card and the purchase went through and got a very snippy response of “well I guess I’m not getting paid for those items”. Instead of getting angry with the customer, maybe make your system work correctly to not allow card payments for certain amounts.
