Ordered my product online ( school linked site for the online store ) waited a month with nothing "no it's shipped, picked up or has arrived" absolutely nothing. Contacted the company and have gotten nowhere, but a run around with "who, what, and where" for my order. It's been pushed of to three different people so far. They haven't offered to reprint and send it to me nor refund my purchase. Just "we are looking into it". This day and age with communication it shouldn't take week and a half plus of emails to find out what is going on with a customers order. Worst experience and Don't recommend wasting your money for a product you won't get!

Thorson Grapics and the team who work with Summer are a remarkable group of people who can assist with more things than you would imagine. They have embroidered scrubs for our dental team, which they do in house with their embroidery machine. They have also designed and provided business cards for my Love Life with Lou business. It’s refreshing to work with a local company who is timely in orders, responsive with questions and helpful in recommending products and services.
