So I resell for fun on the side as I'm also a nurse. Went to this store today and I usually just don't tell people I resell because sometimes they are weird about it. When I walked in, a lady literally was following me around the store. I had a pretty decent pile going. Just let me say their prices are very high but with the sale prices weren't bad. At one point one of the ladies asked me the size I usually shop for so finally I told her I resell on the side for fun. Then 5 or so mins later another lady was basically stalking me. She came over and asked to take my stuff so I let her. As she took it she said I can't take a picture of items to check prices...like what? Is that because your base price for any used item was like $80. She was very rude about it and wasn't nice or polite about it. So I left because that's just crazy to me. You can't expect a buyer not to check the price on an item when shopping...I do the same thing at a box store. Also the fact that the employees literally followed me all over the store and wouldn't leave me alone from the start was very very uncomfortable. I 100% do not recommend them. I've thought about bringing items here but haven't. This sealed the deal for me and I will never recommend this store to anyone I know. The biggest thing was how I was stalked around the store like I was going to steal something.
Update: If the owner would have been nice about it and polite I would have had no issue. My issue was she was rude and very unkind plus the stalking. It has nothing to do with their policy about no photos. Also I only took a picture of one pair of shoes and only looked up a few items for comparison without taking images. Hence when I had a pile of about 20 items I only looked up like two bc yes the price was good so I didn't have to. Once again it was the way I...

When we checked out, the owner Kay was at the register, and she went out of her way to connect with my shy toddler. With gentle kindness and a twinkle in her eye, she coaxed out the sweetest little smiles—and then gifted her very first Barbie. 🩷 It was such a heartfelt moment, and one we’ll never forget.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Oolala—their incredible team, their unbeatable prices, and the way they make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Highly...

Cons: The pricing was ridiculous! The first thing I picked up was a J Crew dress, the tag said $46. I thought it was a little high for resale but didn't give it much thought but then I picked up a sweatshirt from Target (Wild Fable Brand) and they had it marked at $48!!!! This is a fast fashion brand from Target and they wanted MORE than MSRP. It didn't get any better from there. They consistently had items marked between $25 and $50 for fast fashion and mall brands (H&M, Maurices, Gap, etc). This is for USED clothing.
I love to buy second hand items and want to support small businesses but I will not be back after...
