Dumbest employees ever. You are wrong, no matter what. Their system doesn't work? It's you. You're an idiot. Their billing system kicks out your auto pay? Your fault. You have to pay the reconnect fee. Oh, you setup autopay on the app and got a text to prove it? No. Your texts are wrong. You're an idiot.
They keep interrupting you, won't let you explain anything, and keep being demanding morons and absolutely will ever admit that the problems are on their side. Someone should fire everyone woman in that store and find replacements who aren't so beligerant and hateful. Even the manager is like that... You try and tell her what's going on and she interrupts you and tries to fix a completely different problem.
