One day last week I stopped by and decided to dine in. When I walked in, there was an older lady and young girl waiting at the counter ahead of me. The drive through workers were really hustling but there was no one at the front counter and no one acknowledged our presence. Suddenly a woman came from the bathroom and went behind the counter, over to the drive through area and it looked (seriously) like the only thing she was wearing was a gray hoodie. No pants, no socks, no shoes... and she bent over a little and us 3 waiting at the counter saw her entire derriere. Did NOT appear that she was wearing underwear at all. Nothing on her bottom. The older lady in front of me gasped and grabbed the younger girl by the hand, looked at me and said "We're gonna make OTHER dinner plans!!" and walked out. I really didn't know what I should do so I said loudly "Is ANYONE working the front counter?" This nice blonde girl stopped cleaning somewhere in back and came to the register. She was nice. I told her that the customers ahead of me had walked out because of that lady being nude behind the counter, all except for a sweatshirt. The blonde whispered to me "She says she's got shorts on." I said "Well, when she bent over, all we saw was a fully naked rear end so unless she considers a thong (if she even had that on, we saw NOTHING covering any part of her bottom) to be shorts, she doesn't. So I went to the tall customer seating counter facing the kitchen area to observe and try to figure out who was who, who was in charge, etc and watched said streaker go into what I assume is the office (straight from my line of sight, on the back wall) and sit down in a chair. She didn't shut the door either. She ran back through the kitchen a couple more times. I was really appalled. I understand wardrobe malfunctions happen and accidents happen but if you ever have a reason that necessitates removing all your clothing besides a shirt that isn't long enough to cover your privates (and I can't imagine ever having a valid reason to do so in a restaurant) you should stay out of sight until someone brings you adequate clothing. If you HAD to be anywhere in the store dressed like that it should've been in dining area or bathroom... NOT running around naked in the kitchen where food is being prepared. I mean, if hair nets and gloves are required, I'm pretty sure underwear/pants/socks/shoes are not optional. 🙄 As an employee, you represent the company you work for, not yourself. This was disrespectful to the owners and the customers. Can't imagine how the other workers felt, having to witness this whilst working . If it had been a man, just walking around like that it would've been viewed as a form of sexual harassment. It was pure indecency and lewdness. I can not imagine ANY scenario where this behavior would be appropriate. Before anyone says I should've called the manager, I wanted to. I don't know their name. I looked on every wall and entrance for a plaque that might say the store managers name... but then, I thought, since the blonde felt she had to whisper to me about said person supposedly wearing shorts and since said person went into the office and stayed awhile with no one else present that I saw, I came to the conclusion that perhaps the streaker WAS the Manager, in which case, I couldn't complain to her, about her. If a regional manager or owner/someone in upper management sees this, I still have the receipt showing the date and time, if you want to check your security cameras. I would've posted this sooner, but I was honestly trying to find a way to reach the correct person(s) without having to post this publicly. Calling the store, not knowing anyone's names, I was afraid I'd end up talking to THAT person. I'm glad my toddler wasn't with me. Was...
Read moreWaited for 30 minutes while 9 customers that ordered after us got their food. Had to go up and ask about ours. Then had to give them our receipt because they couldn't find what we ordered. And the manager took our order. Then all we got was a simple sorry. And there might have been 1 teaspoon of meat divided up between the 3 tacos we received. They then proceeded to argue with the customers after us, that they didn't serve something that the customer said they had been getting for their children since the place opened. Told them they must have ate somewhere else. That is the most miserable excuse for a restaurant crew I have ever seen. If I had wanted shells and lettuce I could have gotten them cheaper at Walmart or anywhere for that matter. I won't be back and the people in front if us and the ones they argued with said they would not be...
Read moreAlways good service here, for the last 4 years I've been coming here. One suggestion I have is to let one person handle Food, and one person handle money. I noticed the drive thru worker wearing the same gloves to take money from people in front of me and my money, then put food in the bag along with hot sauce using the same gloves. What use are gloves if you are going to spread viruses from people's money to the food you place in the bags. So maybe one person handles money only, and someone else prepares the food and sauces. Else you would have to switch gloves every order. And when I asked about the food, she looks in the bag and is talking while looking in the bag. Just be safe, think of a better way to handle money and hand food to the customers without spreading...
