The second I ask my dogs "Do you want to go to daycare?" and their ears perk up, they know. And I don't blame them.. That type of excitement only happens when your dogs know they're going somewhere they love and feel safe at. Dropping off my dogs at daycare here is always so easy- just a quick call to reserve a spot. The team also does their best to accommodate last-minute needs if you’re in a bind. Tracy truly takes the time to get to know each dog and their needs. He knows Whiskey and Fisher by name and gives the progress reports after daycare, which is always appreciated. It’s clear he cares- this isn’t just a job to him. On a few occasions that my mom has picked up my dogs, and Tracy has helped her to the car with them. You don’t get that type of kindness and attention at big chain stores. (My mom still raves about him.) We’ve also boarded our dogs overnight a couple times, and I can confidently say they were in excellent hands. And when I’ve called after, wondering if it’s normal for them to be a little tired/low energy, Tracy is always patient and reassuring, reminding me that after playing and socializing for that long, it’s normal for them to be tuckered out for a couple days. There is no one I trust more with my dogs. Whiskey & Fisher always come home happy, tired, and full of love. What more could I ask for? So grateful for Tracy and the team at...

I looooove this place!!!! I have been taking my yorkie Chuco here for 5+ years and a new pup we got for the last year and I can’t believe I’m barely reviewing this place. The staff are SUPER friendly and always make my babies look AMAZING every time. Tracy (I hope I’m spelling correctly) makes my dogs feel so comfortable. He even babies them when they’re feeling nervous when I drop them off. When I was first looking for a groomer I went to so many different places and never felt safe leaving my dogs there, anxiously waiting for the call to pick them up. But at pampered paws I feel confident that my babies are in good hands, I trust them 100%. I just got Chuco’s teeth cleaned here for the first time too (normally I had taken him to the vet) they came out sparkly white I couldn’t believe it, and they were able to keep him calm since he’s gotten a little more aggressive with his age.

If I could give this place 50 stars I would!!! I love pampered...

We are writing to express our concerns regarding the recent feedback we received about our dog. After having him for 7 months, we can attest that he has been calm and relaxed, and was surprised to hear claims about him barking and mounting other dogs during his time at your facility today.

We regularly take him to dog parks and have other dogs at home, where he has always displayed great behavior. It's disheartening to think that some incidents happened today that do not align with my experiences. If there were any concerns about his behavior, we would have appreciated an open dialogue instead of an abrupt communication regarding his conduct.

If our dog was behaving inappropriately, I would like to request access to the footage from the cameras in your facility to review what transpired during the five hours he was there. The comments made about his behavior seem unfounded, and I'm left wondering if he was treated differently than...
