They have really great tasting tamales!!! I tried the cheese, chicken, and pork tamales. DELICIOUS. Loved them all. Well proportioned, sufficient filling, tasty and moist! I meant to get chicken, pork, and beef but they gave me cheese since all I said was 1 of each flavor. Maybe they ran out of beef. I should have checked but no big deal. I am definitely coming back again soon. This is now my favorite tamale spot! Tamales run $2.68 each served hot and $1.00 each if you purchase them cold.
Also tried the bread with jalapeno cream cheese which some people rave about. It is the bolillo bread filled with cream cheese mix jalapeno. Was decent but felt it needed more filling. I wouldn't get it again. Rather have another tamale instead! Bolillo bread is 3 for $1.00.

There is no distance monitoring. You need to make sure you are taking safety measures. Wear a mask and stay away from others unless purchasing.
Parking limited. Street parking or check somewhere around the back. Staff was nice and they speak English. They take credit cards and mobile pay. I used Samsung Pay. I...

Do try the "Bolillo" bread from La Central Bakery. We tried tamales (hand-crafted), “Pan Dulce” aka as sweet bread and empanadas filled with pineapple, custard, raspberry, cherry and apple filling and family kept asking when I am going to the bakery for more.
Though unassuming at first, what is within is made with mastery of over 30 years operating in La Habra. I tried a cake pop Martha had made and she said whether you have a sweetie or not it reminds us to be good to ourselves no matter what....

She seems to be always in a bad mood and has this arrogant attitude that makes it seem that she doesn't care about you. She acts as if she is making you a favor. love the bread but i get discourage to go just to avoid her. Needs to work on...
