Poor customer service. Will not return.
I brought three items to ship via USPS priority mail. Note: I did call ahead of time with questions to verify they will be able to assist with my delivery needs. Each item was placed in its own large priority mail flat rate box. UPS store quoted me $30+ to ship per box via the postal service. Large priority mail flat rate box is $18 and change. I asked if that would include signature confirmation. UPS store said signature confirmation is not an option. I told the customer service rep his cost is outrageous. I asked him why I would pay such an inflated cost when it's only $18 and change. I started asking myself where does all of that extra money go to. I told him I'm just going to go to the post office and send it from there.
I went to my local post office. Mailed out my items at the correct rate and I added signature confirmation as well.
When I asked him if I can borrow his packing tape to finish up one box inside the store, he told me I can buy packing tape to use. All I wanted to do was seal up my box. Did not need a standard roll of packing tape.
Following his suggestion, when I was about to purchase a roll of packing tape, the card machine does not read sliding your card. Only has a chip reader. My card does not have a chip and had no cash with me. His remedy, I should consider going elsewhere for my packing needs. Or at the least buy my packing materials at another merchant.

Supplier incorrectly wrote the recipient's address, so I changed the pick up address to local ups. I am planning to receive a total of 30 boxes, so I changed the address to 3 UPS stores by 10 boxes each. I am sorry to receive too many boxes in one place. I have requested 10 boxes each to the store at The UPS Store #6603 (17128 Clima) and The UPS Store #5098 (19745 E Clima). But the two UPS located in Colima refused to receive it, and I changed the address to UPS located in La Haba again, and I am also waiting for a kind servant. Based on their processes in place, I’m confident my confidential documents are secured and placed for shredding without compromise. I trust this UPS store more then any other store I have patroned in the past. I know call the Harbor Store #5126 my home store. Also, I need to give a shout out to today’s Employee named JJ. JJ greeted me with a smile, was very informative and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciated JJ’s genuine customer service.
