Nan Couts Cottage — Local services in La Mesa

It's a pretty cool place overall the venue is really interesting because it's so old but it's a good place to hang out . the people that work for the city that manage it is a whole different story then he'd take some Hospitality classes and work on their facial expressions because it did seem like he was a tad bit racist it's kind of sad because if it was a different race I'm not specifying but I don't think he would have been saying anyting he came in just looking for problems and hoping that he can shut the show down but it's different when you have things organized right by the perfect planner. That was the only downside about it but other than that as a very easy venue to get into and out and I was happy that the AC works cuz it did get hot in there. This was a great place for our wedding! Extremely affordable, constant communication, and lovely location where you can bring in every vendor/piece of decor you need. The only downside was at our reception– we had to keep our music very low mid-way through the event (the security guard instructed us to do so, since the cottage it is in a park that borders a neighborhood), and we could barely hear the music we had playing for the rest of the night. This place is a gem. We had my son's 1st birthday and it was worth it. Our guests were blown away this place even existed. Theresa was the lady who helped us through the process. She was very kind and helpful. We weren't able to check out the place since we live out of town, but she was accommodating with my sister and parents who came on two separate occasions.
