The Reserve — Local services in La Mesa

While I don't recall my budtenders' names, that's on account of me not being good with names. I've been here many times and have always found the folks happy to help and pleasant to deal with. Always a pleasure shopping here, that's what I say.

Back for a prompted re-review, I don't have anything to add or dteract. My (still un-named) budtender was friendly (folks here are invariably friendly) and informative, as helpful as you'd like a salesperson to be. I shop at two dispensariesand they get my continued business because they're friendly & they're both helpful & informative.

Back for a continuation of a consistent rave review. My note from The Reserve mentions nyroh, presumably my budtender's name. I've dealt with him on several previous visits, and my earlier description of the folks here, as being friendly & informative, fits him to a T (yes that's an expression, look it up).

Another update after another fine visit. This time I was helped by Brittany, who was all things friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again, of course.

A further visit, helped by Mariah this time. It's always a pleasure visiting The Reserve, and it's almost entirely due to folks like Mariah: friendly, informative, and just a nice person to interact with. I do suppose I might be less effusive if all I were doing was picking up a pack of gum from the convenience store, but that's...

I am normally not the kind of person to write reviews, never negative at that, but I decided to take the time to write a positive review. I absolutely LOVE The Reserve! First of all, they follow COVID-19 procedures, very clean and organized environment, shelves stocked with very amazing brands, and amazing staff both in the front and the bud tenders. As for the bud tenders all of the employees I’ve met are absolutely AMAZING, not a single complaint, all kind and smiling eyes, very informative, and I usually leave a tip if I have the extra cash. Keep doing what you are doing guys! :)

Also a big shout out to Kimi and MattG on my last two visits, although I have had multiple bud tenders but I sadly forgot their names after throwing my receipts away, but Kimi had recommended to me the TerraForm brand and I do not regret the purchase in fact it is my new personal favorite. As for MattG, last night on 2/19 I had just got off work and MattG could see I was noticeably frustrated and tired after a long day of work, which of course not his fault and I even apologized because I felt I gave him a rude look, but MattG kept the smile in his eyes, held good conversation and was very kind and considerate! As to any other bud tenders who helped me, I remember you guys (just again, not the name), but if I could give y’all 6 star...

This place is the BEST! Everyone here is so amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say I have a favorite person there cause they all make me feel so welcome but a few mentions would be for Zack W, Hazel, Nyroh, Adrian, Alondra, Brittany (Thank you for the overall recommendation too! I’m obsessed) Isaiah and Alexander! First time being helped by him and he was great with all smiles! Tianna was super sweet and helpful along with the other gal (I didn’t get her name) working with her. Now for Erik, he was super nice and helpful. He was 1 of 2 ppl working as it started getting busy on a Friday night and he maintained his chill. I didn’t feel rushed or anything as we chatted about some baseball which I always enjoy. Always very friendly and offering their advice on their favorites! I enjoy telling them to suprise me of certain items, makes it fun. They all get 5 stars! They know me by name and face and all of them are always saying hi to me even if they aren’t the ones helping me. They are all just so genuine, it really brightens my day every time I visit. Of course their products are pure quality and have a lot to choose from but the people for sure make it as great as it is! I’ll stay loyal to my Reserve Fam as long as they allow me.
