Excellent customer service product knowledge, good prices, friendly staff…… unfortunately, everything good about this place seems to be gone. I was overcharged tonight when I am used to being given a discount because I spent so much money in their shop all of the really good folks that we’re working there when I started going or gone now probably because a shitty company can’t hold onto good employees. I called the store after having been overcharged. and the clerk neglected to put three items in my bag that I purchased his solution was for me to go ahead and come back anytime to pick them up. I suggested that maybe he could send them over in an Uber, but he wasn’t willing to do that I go out of my way to shop at the store because I have been treated so welder in the past, but that is over. I bought a “geek bar” early in the morning, the first time I tried to charge it. It does not charge. I try five different chargers, cords, etc. I go to the shop same day explaining the situation and they will not swap it out. After, I found one charger that would charge it after three days of use, it is completely out. It is the pulse version. I have bought many geek bars, and the pulse version and usually it lasts me at least a week. There is no way that I was sold a real geek bar. spending $40 on a fake geek bar...
