HORRIBLE Customer Service by the owners daughter and other girls that work there. The owner is great, here son seems nice, but there is at least one girl that is her daughter and another daughter or girl that are always on their phone, texting, they curse, the say in appropriate things with children around, one girl has her boyfriend in there half the time, they joke around, cackle, ignore customers, and if you ask them to help they look at you like you ask them to actually do work besides lean on the counter. They are LAZY and would be fired if there wasn't nepotism going on there. The owner lady is awesome, but her girls working with her are PATHETIC. They NEVER say thank you, NEVER ask to help you with anything, and they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them if you ask them to refill a topping or that you need a spoon or more cups put out. AWFUL customer service. If the owner reads this PLEASE get rid of your daughter(s) or friend. They are hurting your customers and reputation.People love the yogurt, but I get burned everytime they are there and it angers me that I drop $6-$12 on yogurt and they are RUDE! I never write reviews, but it frustrating to pay money to ungrateful, spoiled, selfish, lethargic, insulting to customers intelligence. I would rather not get yougurt or go to Golden Spoon, Yogurt Mill, or another yogurt place. I am praying the owner lady will let these girls go, they are the worst and they will not change. Their attitude is that of entitlement and no fear of repercussion. I suggest paying your money to a yogurt shop that will appreciate your business in a tough economy if the owner will not make changes to...

I absolutely LOVE Yorgurt Express. The lady who usually works there is one of my favorite people ever..sh always listens to my crazy yacking about my old mom (98 years old last month...loves yogurt like a passion) so everytime I take my old mother there...the yogurt is always perfect. Never have either of us ever experienced so much as one sour bite; it's always perfect yogurt. Simple as that. The gentleman who also works there...great guy, I've had many exchanges with him; so he's a really nice person as well. I forget names., but I highly recommend Yogurt Express to anyone in the greater La Mesa, Lake Murray area. It's a delicious treat, the always have a 'no sugar added' flavor, so that helps me keep my mom's vitals down. Quite simply, this is the best yogurt BY FAR..for miles. I think I'm gonna take my old mom there today. Five stars for this yogurt shop....
