The only thing you need to know about this great old fashioned small bookstore is that the sci-fi section is packed with every book you could ever want. I found a 1965 first ace printing of Frank Herberts Dune! I told the owner that it should probably be in the collectibles section since it was worth more than what it was priced as, but she just said go ahead and take it anyway. I started putting books away in trade for reading material (try that at Barnes and noble) and asked if I could put up some of my art work on commission. I’ve found that they are constantly adding books that weren’t there a week ago, particularly in the horror section. I just love browsing, especially their massive sci-if and fantasy section. It’s comfy and the workers there were happy to help me find the locations of certain books. They also have a generous trade in policy, on top of the already cheap price of the books.
