Horrible experience, there was a male worker who started taking my order from the drive through and in the middle of me ordering I heard him mumble something and then saw my order got discontinued on the screen and became totally unresponsive to me speaking, then a minute or 2 later a female greeted me this time and took my order. Then I pulled up to the window and this African American male (pretty sure the one who cut my order the first time in the drive through) snatched my debit card from my hand, and started to aggressively insert the chip/swipe my card I'm the card reader. The card wasn't working (because he kept slamming it into the chip reader) and in the middle of all that cursed under his breath and handed me my soda that wasn't even Topped off. Then finally he got the card to read fine and then handed me back my card with such an aggressive demeanor. Finally he gave me my food and the whole time I was trying to be nice and say thank you but he never once said anything to me besides cursing under his breath and aggressively grabbing/handing me my card and food. Then when I got home I found out he went super light on my large fries (also the coke) and my chicken wrap was wrapped terribly.
Always have a good experience at this location except for the last time this African American male was the cashier. He had a terrible attitude last time, but I let it slide the one time. Then it happened again tonight and now there is no excuse for treating your customers like that. I feel uncomfortable coming here because of the fact I might have to interact with this nightmare of an attitude. I told my roommate and he actually even told me he has had terrible experiences with this same cashier. I hope that he didn't spit in my food... he 100% makes me feel like he hates being there so much that he'd have no problem spitting in the customers food. Until he's gone, never coming back to...
Read moreI places an order thru the drive thru and I noticed in the screen that it said 1 High Mount (picture 1) when I got to the window and asked the question the drive thru representative did not know what I was talking about even after I showed them the picture.
Another person most likely an supervisor told me that this is something new and that when ordering something it will display that. Now keep in mind I’ve never seen this at any Jack n the box location ever. But it did not display that on the receipt (picture 2)
Upon getting ready to pay, I showed the representative my Military ID card, he looked at it and still proceeded to charge me the regular price of the entire order. When asked if this location no longer gives Military discounts, his response was “it’s too late as you already paid for the order”. When I stated that i showed it to him and he looked directly at it. He then told me “don’t worry about it”
I’ve been coming to this location for a good while now and to receive this type of service with the lack of knowledge and training of the employees is unacceptable. With any change employees need to be knowledgeable as well as trained on the procedures of the business. And need to explain to customers if certain discounts are no longer accepted at this location.

Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. I placed an order totaling over $20, and unfortunately, the order was incorrect. When I called the store to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Kate, who informed me that she was the one who packed the order.
Instead of offering a resolution or even attempting to make the situation right, Kate raised her voice at me over the phone and repeatedly said there would be no refund and nothing she could do. I explained that I was willing to return the food and simply wanted my money back, but she was dismissive and refused any form of assistance.
This level of customer service was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. At no point did she apologize, offer a solution, or express any desire to make the experience better. Based on how I was treated, I will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with others as well.
