I love to support small businesses, so I came here instead of going to Nordstrom or Macy's. The lady helped me confirm my size as I was fitted before but was doubtful. The only thing that sucked was that after purchasing the bra she carefully removed my tag and put it in a bag for me and explained to where it for a few days to see if I liked it, and if not to come back. Well I ended up not liking the bra, and asked about exchanging and she said since it has been worn I couldn't exchange it. Which makes sense, but I was confused as she told me day of purchase I could. The bra doesn't fit very well and is too uncomfortable, so now I am out 80$. I don't know much about bras and wasn't aware the fit wasn't great, and can't really tell wearing for 5 minutes that it wasn't right. But if you know your size, and brand you like definitely would recommend. Just know there are no returns...

Being larger in size, it was hard to find something that fit. I went to two other specialty shops searching for help and ended up with bras that did not fit properly. I was so frustrated and wasn't sure what to do. Then I came across A Total Woman and am so glad I did. Stephanie made me feel at ease and helped me to understand why the bras I got from the other specialty shops weren't working. She has so much knowledge in regards to fit, style, size, material, etc... I had no idea that there were so many different components in finding a comfortable bra that fit properly. Bra shopping isn't always pleasant but Stephanie makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Like you are long lost buddies. She not only has wonderful customer service but a great selection. I will only be trusting Stephanie at A Total Woman with my bra needs and won't be going...

If i could give zero stars I would. I felt rushed and dismissed here. I was told I was one size but she was out of the bra I wanted in that size so she sized up the cup and instead of telling me to come back she told me she had gotten my size wrong initially and this was the correct size. I felt like the cups were large and she dismissed my concerns and said it was perfect. I’m not well versed in bras and she just kept tellling me it was right. But no, the cups are definitely too big and i have gaps at the top but she cared more about the sale and moving on rather than waiting to get new stock.
