Absolutely Poor customer service . I had a birthday party for my 5yr son May 11, 2019, and I paid 450$ for 2hrs . From 4-6pm ... first off , the workers they had come , were young teenage girls who were in charge of the animals , & one girl was not friendly , she had an attitude, she was constantly telling the children what to do , it was very uncomfortable for my party guest. During the pony ride, There was ONE last kid in line ... at 6:00pm on the dot waiting to ride the pony , but the young teenage girl told the kid NO! Although, he waited in line & was the LAST kid to ride the pony . The young teenager said NO, He could not ride the pony bcuz it was 6:00pm . To me that is ridiculous to hurt a child’s feelings & to care more about the time then the little children! .. they had no sympathy toward the children . I called to talk to the manager to make a complaint , the manager and his wife both got smart wit me , they were not Apologetic , they were rude! They were Not understanding , nor appreciative of my service wit their company . THEY DID NOT CARE HOW THEY MADE MY GUEST NOR THE CHILDREN FEEL! They had very poor customer service . I do NOT recommend this company . Please save your selves the money and go to a company that Actually cares about giving you a great party ! This...

I was very disappointed with their customer service. First of all the person that showed up to guide the 2 ponies was very inexperienced not to mention he was a teenager. The ponies looked dirty as well. One child was falling off a pony while riding because the saddle was not put on right. The person hired to guide the ponies was helpless so my husband had to help with adjusting the saddles for the safety of the children. After this happened, I was worried about the guide not being able to handle the two ponies along with the children for the remaining of the 2 hours. Furthermore when I called them to let them know what was going on at that time, I was told that the driver was coming back to assist but nobody showed up to follow up. When the person finished, he didn’t even say that they were done and left without me even knowing. Also when I expressed my unsatisfaction with their services it was not taken well. Overall, it was not a good experience with this company. Will definitely not...

I cannot even express how satisfied I was with this company. Starting From the beginning of the process to book the pony the lady on the phone was so nice she answered all questions and was very helpful with booking our pony time and date. I booked one pony for my children’s birthday party and it was just great. All the children were so excited and loved the rides and the pony. My kids loved the experience and couldn’t be more happy with the party, the pony really was the highlight of it all. When the pony arrived they got it ready brushing it and even added some glitter to the tail and the top of the head she looked beautiful. The person in charge of the pony was very experienced and was careful and kind with the kids. Thank you to all for making it a wonderful experience!!
