El Monte Ice Co sold me real ice instead of dry ice, even though the bags labeled as dry ice and I asked them specifically I needed dry ice before making the purchase. The ice destroyed all 3 of my shipments with a total value over $320. The shipping company did not even want to continue to ship my shipments because all packaging were damaged by water melted from ice. I already sealed with extra plastic bags before shipping in case of the worst thing might happen but it still had happened. And I spent hours and hours to communicate with the shipping company to try to get the contents back and to explain to the customers the issues. I asked the guy about one of the bad reviews that was online. The one I read about was About the taste of it. He gave me some to try. The ice tasted like ice. Nothing else. Prices were great. Ended up with about 100lbs of ice for 20 bucks. Friendly, fast and helpful.

I would recommend going there for your ice and I will be returning when I need more than a small bag or two.
