Casa Jimenez Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in La Puente

The worst place to eat at. I actually thought this place was really good and all the servers/waitress were nice. I recommended my parents to this place. We decided to go eat today. Once we finished eating, the old man started giving me attitude as soon as i said i was paying with a card. Usually when you pay with card the receipt prints and you add the tip. But his card machine had the tip option on the machine. I accedently put my pin number but because i am ust to putting my pin number as soon as it reads my card. He raised his voice at me and asked me if i was from some place which i found really disrespectful. Idk what is up with this old man. We stayed almost 30 minutes there but because they take long in bringing your food. Be careful with that old man, he gives you attitude and makes fun of you in a smart way. He also gave me attitude infront of my parents . I was a waitress for 3 years and i can assure you that this old man is really rude and disrespectful. They hurry you up in eating, they give you attitude and i asked a simple question about my bill and he raised his voice at me. I will make sure to let his manager know about his...

Food was good. When it finally came. We were one of the first ines there early at 8:30ish am. We waited for a really ling time. About 40 mins. Than when they brought our food out they forgot my tortillas. Since my waitress was extremely busy running around everywhere I asked another male waiter walking by. He kindly asked how many would you like mam, 2 3 or 6? So I said 6.knowing that I should get more since they were really busy. When I finally went to pay when we were done with our meal he told me you have to pay for the extra tortillas you ordered. But I was like sir, I never got my tortillas thats why I asked for some. Anyway, long story short he began yelling at us... The customer and saying anywhere you go you have to pay for extra things you order. I was so upset. I appolgized to my waitress and told her not to worry that it wasnt her fault. Tiped her and we left. Quick! I will never come back...

long time ago a friend bring to me a breakfast from this location and taste was really good, and this time I was here with my family members to take a dinner over weekend, wasn't on peak time, but location have a very warm atmosphere, the service is very friendly, We don't expect big plates with lots of food, I took some back home, In my side I order Molcajete with side of guacamole, in my humble opinion was really taste on the majority of ingredients, but some things were not to my liking, for example the chorizo and carnitas no too bad but doesn't have the really Mexican style, maybe some other like but for me was and one of my nephew wasn't, also beans I didn't know they put mozzarella cheese on top, I am not a very good candidate for this combination, I would have liked the chicken to be leg fillet, which is juicier, instead of breast.
