I was a little worry moving from San Diego to Tx changing my hair cutter , but after 7 yr found her and more , after battles with hard water , that I never had to every one not hearing what I wanted and being far to home , I am now loving my hair again... very happy these cute moms have so much to offer they are all well educated in their Professions ,they are good listeners and real , Katie cuts and colors my hair , but from what I’ve seen they all have it going on so who (if you’re new to making appointment )you are going to pick stay with her! ,Consistency is best , Don’t forget your eye brows with Mandy too it’s what frames the face wish I went to her in the first place of doing them ,she is so thorough and makes you feel comfortable before anything gets going😍 thank you to these fun lovely ladies...

Really wanted to like this place but I can’t now. Requested an appointment last week and got an email that my request was pending and then never heard anything back about it. No email, text, phone call or anything. So I thought I didn’t have an appointment since they didn’t tell me I did. Didn’t show up obviously because to my understanding I didn’t have one. Got charged $40 for “missing my appointment.” Called them twice and they wouldn’t refund me and didn’t care that I was gonna take it up with my bank. So I called my bank and they had to process it as fraud and cancel my card. Now living off of cash for a week with no card at all because they didn’t wanna refund me for an appointment I...

I’ve been going to Taylor for a year now. I’ve had to go get my hair corrected on 3 different occasions due to uneven cuts and poor bleaching (images attached below). Each time I went back she didn’t seem to be concerned that I was having bad experiences and was rather unapologetic and unfriendly. Lastly, she was very difficult to communicate with as she didn’t respond to text messages or did not respond in a timely matter, which is frustrating when you need a service corrected especially if you’re going out of town. I would not recommend her for these reasons...
