So disappointed I could cry. My truck broke down and needed a serp belt after work in order to work tomorrow. So I called at 910 p and they had the part, my very kind, good hearted friends drove down from Toms River, I told the man on the phone that they were definitely coming and they will be there before 10:00, it was so impreritive we had this part. Arriving at 948 They were told that they do NOT except cash and If they wanted the part they would have to use a card, which they did not have on them, because their register was closed out and counted for the day. I am sorry but this was a huge disservice to loyal customers and probably will never go there again. I understand that we want to home at the end of the day, but this one time they could have helped. I mean if you are coming out after 9p for a auto part there obviously is a pretty important reason the car getting the part needs to be fixed. Very disappointed in your staff...

Jess helped us and she was an absolute delight and one of the Biggest helps I've ever had in my experience going to auto zone. She went above and beyond to help me diagnose and understand what was wrong with the car, gave awesome and very informative suggestions, and overall just made me feel welcomed to be there and made what could have been a bad day due to the engine light issue just that little more better.
