Yesterday my sons iPhone basically stopped working. It was an 8 and he’s had it for 4 years or more so I’m sure it was time anyway. I finally had the day off and was rushing around trying to cram in 3 weeks of errands into 1 day when my son called from his sisters phone stressed because he was late for work and he needs his phone on the job. He headed to Verizon in Lanoka Harbor and I met him there. Jordon was helping him and immediately understand the urgency and also was super quick to value my time. His customer service, professionalism and knowledge were all exceptional. My son was quickly headed to work and it was by far the easiest experience with any purchase for as long as I can remember. During these times it’s been hard for me to find good customer service but working with Jordon was a reminder that there are still skilled and knowledgable professionals with exceptional service. VERIZON IN LACEY Part 2!!! This place seriously recruits only the best of the best. For Valentine’s Day Apple decided to update my iPhone and stop it from ever working again. Thanks Apple. Is it my fault that I can’t function with an android, you betcha. But buying Apple is as inevitable as death and taxes for me. What I can say is that buying the phone and setting up service with a dream team like Brian and Wolf makes everything ok. Brian reviewed our account to see if we were getting the best package, found ways to SAVE us money which made my husband decide he too needed to upgrade.    Read moreAfter almost 3 years with my LG flip phone it was time for a new phone. With my wife's guidance, looking on Verizon I found the Kyocera Extreme XV flip phone. It had everything I needed. Checking Verizon at the NJ Ocean County Mall, we met a Verizon person name David. From that point on it became easy instead of the struggle we anticipated in these COVID times. David went out of his way - He checked for us and told us there was a Kyocera phone in stock at his store in Lacey. As we held on, David arranged to bring the phone to OC Mall so we could pick it up there. Since going to OC Mall Verizon required so much indoor space time, we asked if we could meet David at his normal Lacey store. David was agreeable to meeting us in the parking lot at the Lacey Verizon to conduct the transaction since I already knew the phone I wanted. David is very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about phones and also about the process. It made the whole experience one of ease. I only had to go in the store to sign and swipe my card.    Read moreI don't normally go out of my way to write any of these reviews but I felt obliged to do so because for the first time in a long time I was actually satisfied leaving a cell phone retailer. 2 days ago while walking my dog my phone notouriously slipped out of my pocket and cracked on the street. Good bye phone of many years and memories.. numbers and contacts of people I've known my whole life. As I'm sure many of you know that feeling of being out of commission with your phones and not being sure if it can be retreived. For 3 days was without a phone and decided to check out the Lanoka Harbor location because I heard some good things about that store in particular. Walked in and was greeted immediately by Jordan. We sat down and quickly began resolving the problem. After just a few minutes he was able to get me the perfect phone I wanted at the right cost for me SAME number of course and seemlessly was able to transfer my contacts and all of my pictures quickly and efficiently. Jordan also explained all the contracts fees return policy and what I should expect moving forward. This all made the process that much smoother and no headaches.
