I stopped in just to see what kind of mattress would be best for me. I am 73 with history of spinal fusion and the mattress I was dealing with wasn't cutting it anymore. The salesman was busy with another client and I strolled around and plopp ed on several different mattresses. When the salesman was free he introduced himself to me. Tom asked if he could help and what was I looking for in a bed. I explained my dilemma and he suggest doing the mattress evaluation program and I said whynot. The test was easy . You just lay down on a special mattress and it finds your body style and measures pressure points and several other things while you watch a short video. When complete it prints out several different mattresses that would be good for you. Tom showed me several options and I looked at several different mattresses . I found a winner. Tom was kind , courteous, patient and full of information has I made my decision. He assisted with finance information and even found a special pillow that I absolutely love. It's a level 0.0 perform pillow that cradles my head and avoids the extra shoulder bunching of the pillow ends. Every step of the way Tom made sure I was happy with my decision and check to make sure delivery was satisfactory. I love my new bed and pillow and I am happy with my choice. Leigh, my sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions as to the best mattress for my sleep habits. She offered NO sales pressure, I told her I would come back if I was interested in buying from her.

I actually left the store without buying, but within a 1/2 hr. I returned and bought the mattress she suggested.

The day the delivery people were to bring my mattress, I received a phone call from the other sales person, Bob M, he told me my delivery was on the way and he would phone me after my delivery just to make sure everything went smoothly.

The delivery people, also were fantastic, they wore maskes during the delivery and were very careful not to damage anything in my home.

We originally had what we thought would be a great experience there but when they charged us for the wrong size mattress and delivery the wrong size mattress after telling them and making it very clear what size mattress we needed but went ahead and gave us the bigger one and then waiting days to communicate with us to exchange for the right size mattress and was question multiple times are you sure you can’t just make it work and we said no it is too big Bob was trying to do everything he can for us to keep the bigger mattress when it was clearly not the size we said or wanted and it’s been about a week and still do not have the right mattress and we have called and no answer. Very unprofessional when they make a mistake and they can not even fix it. Very disappointed and upset. Will not be coming...
