My girlfriend and I went in and looked at engagement rings in the summer and Blase helped us out with everything we needed. He made us feel no pressure to purchase anything and let us look at different diamonds and sized up her finger and wrote down what she liked on his business card and gave it to me in case I wanted to go look at other places, so I knew what she liked. He even gave us a pamphlet on the diamonds to know what to look for and information on all of that. After we left, I knew I was going back there from his customer service, politeness, and overall general caring for his customers. I went back a couple weeks later and put a deposit down on the ring and they started to get it made for me. I came back to pay for it and pick it up and Anthony was more than helpful in getting me set up with Insurance for the ring and everything else I needed. Everyone I interacted with in the store (sorry I can't remember the other two people's names) but everyone was so polite and helpful and made this process simple and safe minded knowing I was in good hands throughout the whole process that did not take very long after I knew what I was going to purchase. From start to finish they made everything so easy and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing jewelry or any other service they provide! I’ve bought a lot of jewelry over the years with Blase and this weekend, I was very disappointed with what transpired with I think his son-in-law gave me a quote on a solid White gold paperclip necklace $1,475 when I got there, I put it on. I was so thrilled with it. when they went to ring me up $3700.. The kid said we didn’t have it in a 20 inch and the quote I gave you was part solid part hollow and so I got this one in for you solid. I was like it’s more than double and you told me the original one was solid. I drove over to Corinne jewelers. They sold me solid white gold necklace paper clip for $2900 and saved myself close to $800. What a huge disappointment. Not sure I would ever go back this is twice now. They also told my daughter that my mother‘s diamond was not real and we took it over and had a gemologist look at it and give us papers on it and they told us it was very rare and absolutely real. Once again, Blase DeNatale has come through with amazing service and quality. After far too many years of waiting, my wife and I decided it was time for “real” wedding rings. While mine was a masculine, black stone ring with a line of light blue petersite around the circumference, hers was a different story. She wanted ring guards built around her engagement ring (also purchased from DeNatale), and there is no one we would have trusted more with this ring. Once completed, my wife was not thrilled with how the design came out (not their fault—our communication) and without skipping a beat they took the ring back and redid it to her exacting specifications (she’s a popular wedding planner on LBI so you can just imagine to what level those specifications are) and at no additional charge.
