IHOP — Restaurant in Lacey Township

The food was not preparred the way I asked. Has to ask my server 4 times for a glass of water. Also asked for more coffee didn't get it till after our food was finished. Our server also told us the toaster was broken so we had to wait for our toast which I told them I didn't want because i was done with my food. The best was my friend asked for a take out box for her pancakes and he brought back this tiny container which wouldn't even fit one pancake. I said don't you have anything bigger and he said that they're not allowed to use them that's only for DoorDash or takeout orders and I said well we need one of them because it wouldn't fit her pancakes in the container he gave us. I said if there's a problem, let me know and I would've have asked for the manager, and it became a big argument. I will not be returning to...

Be very careful at this location. My elderly parents went to have an enjoyable breakfast last Saturday, and were going to use a $25 gift card. My 80 year old father was lied to and after the funds were taken off the card by a staff member to use on Call of Duty three times (still pending investigation). We got this from the report we filed with the Visa gift card company. Further, one of the staff told my father they don’t take Visa gift cards. I know this is a small amount, but it’s the principal. A police report and credit fraud has been reported. My father paid for their meal in cash. I have left my contact information for the owner. Apparently owns 11 locations and is hardly ever there. I haven't been to ihop since before covid so I decided to give it a try and let my wife try it for the first time since she's never been to ihop. Service was slow, food was missing something. I ordered French toast with a side of ham they gave me two pieces of French toast add a piece of ham that was 2.5x2.5 inches and cost $3.50. I asked the waitress where are the ham steak is and she's like oh I'm sorry that's the ham, but if I wanted more than the 2.5x 2.5 inch piece of ham steak that they gave me that they would have to charge me an additional $3.50. they were skimpy on butter for the French toast and my wife's pancakes. Also ask for a to-go container, and they gave me a container that was smaller than I needed.... not pleased at all with the service...
