First time ordering from here! Ordered 2 pies and a bottle of soda! The person that took the order forgot the soda! When I called the guy tried to say I didn’t order a soda, but I know that I did because I asked for a bottle of coke and the phone person said “all we have is Pepsi is that ok?” And I said yes Pepsi is fine!
Not only did he charge me for the soda he said the next delivery driver will bring it when he gets sent out with orders which seemed like a long wait with no sense of urgency or being apologetic!
So by the time the soda gets here my pizza will be cold and now I have to eat my pizza without a drink which is pretty annoying and inconvenient!
If it was my business I would have at least not charged the customer for the soda that they forgot and inconvenienced the customer!
Bad first impression bad customer service in my opinion! Most likely will never order from here ever again :(
And I gave a good tip, I might not have if I knew they would charge me for their mistake
And then took 30 minutes to bring the $5 bottle of soda! I should have just run...
Read moreWe've been ordering from Pies on Nine for a while. Unfortunately The quality of the pizza has declined and delivery time has increased. Typically takes over an hour to get a pizza now. Our most recent order (which will be our last ) was scheduled for 45 minutes took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and the dough was raw which is a health hazard. They said they got very busy which is understandable, but you can't rush the food out of the oven just to fill orders. They better way to handle it is to alert the customer that the pizza will be late and offer a discount on the ordered pizza or a voucher for a free next pie. Note to owner: Communication with your customers is crucial, when problems arise, instead of ignoring product quality and communication, look at these problems as opportunities to shine and be better than everyone else even if it costs you money to do so. They provided a full refund which we appreciate, but we will not be ordering...
Read morePlaced an order for a proceed night for millpond school when my order arrived the 15.00 fried calamari was like rubber kn top of wet lettuce. My pizza was sloppy in the box my cavatelli and broccoli looked like someone threw it up and was very mushy when i called and spoke to the manager on duty he offered a cash refund when i was on my way to the location he called me back and said he cant do a refund and pretty much laughed at me. I asked for the owners number and he said he couldnt give it to me 70.00 worth of garbage is what i recieved. The calamari wasnt even a handful for 15 i will never waste my time ot my money ever again. Asked them to bring change for 100 and the driver acted like he didnt have change. Horrible experience. Never again...
