La Catrina Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lacey Township

Like most people, I hate leaving reviews. Especially if I love the place! Because now we let everyone know of our favorite, secret go to. With a heavy heart, I must confess, best place around for authentic Mexican is LA Catrina. I dined in and also got home delivery. Dine in was lunch and asked for a translator to help with menu. No worries, they were on it. The lunch was amazing. Then the next week, I ordered home delivery. I was sure that the order would be wrong, only because of the language barrier. But, no! The order came, and was amazing. Our only complaint was that the cheese amount was not as expected with the American version of Mexican food here in the U.S! Lol, next time we'll ask for...

As soon as I walked into La Catrina I knew I was going to love it! The atmosphere is adorable and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I got the Al Pastor Sopas and they were so delicious! My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas with corn tortillas and he loved them. Everything seasoned perfectly. Even the chips and salsa were delicious, nice and thick and crunchy!

Their prices are very reasonable too. Our bill was only $38 for both of us and we were stuffed! The portions are very generous, we brought food home. We were very happy with the entire experience.

I highly recommend La Catrina. We will definitely be back again very soon. I want to try everything...

My wife and I went in to order take out. The place was spotless and decorated accordingly. The hostess took our order in a timely fashion. She was courteous, friendly. Professional and very helpful. We both ordered a burrito which was made to order. We were very happy with the large size of our burrito. It came with fries or rice. All in all it was a great experience. The prise was right and the taste was delicious. A great combination for any restaurant. Will come back again and recommend to family and friends. Nice job to all that work there!...
