Ask for a receipt!!! You will need it!!! I wanted to like this place, they just made it so hard. Also, THEY HAVE NOT PAID THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR THREE WEEKS! I understand difficulties in the beginning of getting everything running, but giving out wrong orders and missing food on multiple visits isn’t ok! All three times I went they messed up my order. The last time I gave them a shot, on the fourth visit, they looked like they dunked my spicy chicken sandwich in sauce then scraped it off with a towel. Somehow there was sauce over it without there being barely any on it. It didn’t even even taste spicy, there wasn’t enough sauce on it. I kept coming back because the food was always good even through the service was bad, but after going all the way home and them messing up the food, I rather go elsewhere then waste my time. Guess they are just trying to save money on the sauces and not paying their employees....

The lobby soda machine has insta flying all around it as if it hadn’t been cleaned, the seating area where we were gonna sit had crumbs on the table n on the seat n floor.. horrible first time experience.. after seeing the hair I asked for a refund and me an my daughter...
Read moreI’ve always appreciated Popeyes for their flavorful chicken and, in the past, reliable service. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing.
I attempted to order 10 chicken tenders (no meal), a blackened chicken wrap, and two drinks. However, the cashier seemed confused, and after about six minutes, the total price was clearly incorrect. I had to request a manager to correct the order.
Additionally, the restroom, which used to be well-maintained, appeared neglected—surprising given the store wasn’t particularly busy.
To top it off, they forgot to include the biscuit in my order, a detail that previous staff never overlooked.
Overall, this location seems to be declining in both service and cleanliness. I miss the attentive employees who ensured orders were accurate and customer interactions...
