I have bought clothes at boutiques throughout the world, in small towns and big cities, but I have found Patchington in The Villages to have the most friendly and helpful sales staff. The manager, Candie is outstanding; she is knowledgeable about fashion and design. Equally important, she is a good listener; she listens to the customer and works diligently to make them happy and satisfied with their purchases. Women seek her out with their questions and stories. Yes. Candie knows that we live through our stories, and she encourages everyone to share in that important art. I love this store and the excellent customer service from Andra and Candy. I had never visited before and went inside to merely browse. I walked out with several outfits that are beautiful and unique. This will be a regular shopping place for me. I am willing to pay more for clothes that are a little sassy/can be personalized with all the choices and sales people who go out of their way to help. I shopped with my friends in my birthday month so the added discount was nice. The manager was so helpful In making sure I bought the right size and she was awesome in putting outfits together and putting on the finishing touches with accessories.
