La Plaza & Grande South — Local services in Lady Lake

Lots of parking but gets very crowded near the two grocery stores, Publix and Winn-Dixie. This is a very large strip mall, with just about everything offered. Among them are grocery stores, medical testing outlets, greeting cards, shoes, florist, hardware, household goods, bicycles, mailing/shipping, hair salon, golf carts, car wash, department stores, sewing, multiple family style and fast food restaurants located in front of the property and several small ones in the strip mall. This mall is just south of The Villages golf cart bridge off St Rd 441 so it is golf cart accessible. Although conveniently located it can be very congested as times, holidays...

Closest Winn Dixie to me. Usually find a few killer deals on every visit. Prices on average are a little high, so I mostly shop for specials. Saved over $15 in coupons and rewards, on a $36 bill, this trip! Especially like finding the "Reduced for Quick Sale" stickers and "buy 1 get 1 free" deals for additional savings. I do not like that so much of the produce is pre-packaged, but Publix does that too. Generally pretty upscale shopping plaza. Kept really pretty for the villagers. The villagers are also the reason it loses one star. Either working at stores here or trying to drive through the plaza, you have snobby mean people or those too senile to be left alone. Let alone you are always at a risk of accidents because you aren't watched for, and I guess there must be a blinker fluid shortage. It is a very clean plaza with nice landscaping and well...
