I purchased an item directly from this JCPenny store website. This item was reported as in stock. It was not ordered from a warehouse or another JCPenny. Today I received an email stating, "You have such a great taste! Unfortunately, one or more items from your order are no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience." These big box stores wonder why people always buying products from Amazon or other online companies. One reason might be besides rude employees, that employees who work at local stores are incompetent. If the product shows in stock then it should be in stock. But their employees either can't count or don't know how to do their job. It's not just JCPenny. The same thing happens at Lowes and Home Depot. I look online for a product and go to these stores and no one can put their hands on it. It's very frustrating. At least when I order online to be delivered to my home I get. Even if I have to wait for a couple days. At lest I'm not running around in the heat and disrespectful and dangerous drivers to only discover it's...

If you sign up for their emails, you will regular receive discounts or X amount of money off of X amount. They normally have similar coupons inn their circular ads. If youāre a JCP cardholder, you get even more money off of your purchases. As far as their register setups now, Iām half/half a fan of this. As they have done away with their upstairs customer service counter. So in the middle of the childrenās section is returns, etc. Now where the original customer service counter is additional clearance . They definitely need more workers to maintain the store and man the registers, but this could be fault of management not hiring enough people, workers calling out, or something else.
