During Thanksgiving week my family and I were driving from Houston to Mississippi. Along the way we stopped at this location for lunch. We decided to get it to-go since we were on a tight timeline. After ordering via the app, it prompted us to go inside and wait by the pickup area for our good. I’m used to ordering online, parking outside and having someone bring it out.. so it was inconveniencing to go inside, especially since it was PACKED but not a big deal. Regarding it being packed, we had to park in the back of the nearby Target parking lot because there were no spaces. Again, not a big deal but an inconvenience. When I arrived I walked inside and stood under the pickup sign as told. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked about the status of my order and the young lady told me it was done but didn’t see it.. weird. She proceeded the hand me my drinks and left to go look for the order. As she’s walking towards the kitchen I hear my name being yelled in the distance. For some reason, an employee is looking for me in the dining room area with my food. I wave to get their attention and as she’s coming I ask if this didn’t shop up as a pick up order? They just shrug and walk back to the kitchen. This was a semi-large order so I made sure to check everything. After looking in the bags we were missing all the sauces ordered, fork for the salad, salad dressing, fries, and both toys in the kids menu. I got someone’s attention and they promptly got me everything but the kids toys. I asked again and they said they were out. I asked if they were going to tell me about it or just let me ride away without them. They, in turn and with a little attitude, told me the toy is just an “add on” and I actually don’t pay for it with a kids meal. I then asked if I could instead get fruit or a cookie.. they said no, that I could only get an ice cream cone to replace it. I told them my kids were lactose intolerant and that’s why we get the toy.. but since you’re out, could we get something else? She again reminded me that I actually don’t pay for the toy and it’s an add-on and walked away.
This was definitely the most annoying experience I’ve ever had at Chick-Fil-A. We’ve stopped here a few times while traveling across I-10 and can promise it will...
Read moreI just want to preface this by stating the manager handled my concerns in a very professional, quick, and kind manner. I am satisfied with the outcome but I’d still like to leave a review bc based on previous reviews, one of my concerns seems to be an ongoing issue.
I went through the drive thru and placed my order with one of the team members and asked for Polynesian sauce as my sauce of choice. The lines were long and it was taking a bit to move them. (That is fine with me bc I understood they were busy and its a weekend.)
I was maybe about the 3rd car from the pickup window when a team member brought out a bag and a leaky drink to my car window. I grabbed the bag of food but the drink was continuously leaking while we were speaking. I asked if that was the drink leaking or is it like condensation. I then asked them to make me another drink bc if the sides of the cup were leaking that much, no way it was fresh. While that was happening, I drove up to the window & checked my bag. There was no sauce. I inquired about it & was told they were out. So why not share that info at the time of ordering or why not share that info when my food was given to me? They hand me back the same exact drink I asked them to remake just wiped it down. I pulled off into the nearby parking lot to try to eat my food. I stuck the straw into my drink & then noticed a long straight brown hair stuck on the side of the cup. My milkshake was super watery as if it had been sitting awhile. I contacted the store, spoke with a manager, and returned the food for a refund. To note, the manager did not make me return the food for a refund, I wanted to bring it back bc I didnt want anyone to think I was trying to get free food as I work in customer service for a bank so I understand these things. I also showed her the hair on the cup.
This was just unacceptable. I understand they were busy & were trying to hand out orders as fast as they could but why send out food thats for sure...

We stopped for dinner at 6pm and both my husband's grilled chicken sandwich and my original one were gray in color and sopping in grease like they were just dunked to warm them up. My husband's tomatoes were a shade of grayish red that I can tell you was definitely not healthy. His grilled chicken was also coated in something black that was more than just the grill marks. We got our kiddos each nugget meals and not a single one ate. That should tell you something because they are all Chick-Fil-A hounds and always eat those nuggets in seconds. To up the disgusting factor, there was dried blood all over the handles of the men's restroom door both front and back. All of their trash cans were overflowing and we left our residuals stacked upon other trays. As we were leaving I took the sandwiches to an employee and told him how disappointed we were and that we would appreciate a refund so that we can go eat elsewhere. The young manager walked up as asked what happened and I explained. He refunded both of our combo meals. Not an ounce of sincerity in his voice and no apology. None of the employees working seemed happy to be there and it surely showed. Worst Chick-Fil-A experience...
