Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lafayette

I came here and ordered 2 tacos and some cheese potatoes. I sat down and after 20 minutes of waiting I still had not received my food. Other people that ordered after me even a family with 4 children obtained their food before me. I looked into the kitchen and saw the girl that took my order awhile back just looking on her phone with her headphones in chilling in the back while people waited in line at the counter. Then she finally decided to put her phone away and walk to the front. She made eye contact with me and saw me still waiting for my food and instead of asking me about my order and checking up on it she ignored me and helped people had the counter (still with her headphones in). Finally someone from the kitches decided to ask what my order was and after telling him they still needed to make it??? (After 25 minutes) Which took them another 10 minutes. Also while I was waiting other people came back because they obtained the wrong order. Someone needs to manage the staff better or hire more professional employees!! When I finally got my food after 35 minutes the tacos were good but the cheese potatoes were cold and tasted like they have been laying around for awhile. Needless to say I will never come back here....

First thing cashier ,refused to ring up extra nacho cheese on the nacho bell grande after he saying it already comes with cheese ,2 they ran out of steak, double chalupa boxes ,while it still being available on the menu,3 multiple customers had to ask for straws because there was none available,4 there were no sauces packets but firefire Diablo that you still had to ask for cause none were available for dine-in customers,5 they only had about 5 or 6 drinks in stock,6 no small lids,7 there was spilled drinks or something leaking thru out the entire Dinning area... Very unfortunate for me to have picked this location! I was hungry So I stayed polite and fed my 2 kids and wife there . Also the cashier was not sherina A. ,Who was on receipt. I come to this tacobell often and something is always missing. And today because they had to take my actual order since AI was messing it up they was mad. I could hear them through the intercom. Dude who took my order at 6:20pm on 1/27/2025 said they couldn't do 2 orders at the time. Mind you I was the only one there in drive-thru. They didn't even have customers inside. So why could the 6-7 employees there couldn't make 2 small orders. How else they think they're getting paid. After sitting at the intercom for a minute the guy decided to take my second order. Once I pulled up and paid for my food the girl there said the receipt paper just miraculously ran out. Then I peer to the line cooks and one of the girls look back at me to angerly roll her eyes. They had more than enough people to do two orders. If they don't like making food they should...
