The folks at the Marq are awesome! The apartments are nice and come with really nice appliances from the range to the microwave, they are all brand new. The building is very clean and everything is well maintained by the staff who respond to any requests very quickly. The garage is very convenient and they have efficient trash and recycling pick up. It is a bit pricey for Lafayette but you tea do get what you pay for—from staff that is extremely helpful, to a clean well maintained building. I signed a lease to stay at MARQ for one year but learned two months before my move that my future employer passed away unexpectedly and I no longer have work in Indiana. I rent apartments for work across America and Claire accommodated my situation promptly and with grace. While I, sadly, will not be a MARQ resident this year, my experience leasing and corresponding with MARQ has exceeded all expectations notwithstanding my difficult circumstances.

I was the second tenant to move in to MARQ, and it has been an absolutely wonderful place to live. Both the property manager Megan and the maintenance lead Steve are very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to questions or issues. There were some growing pains as construction was finishing up, but now that everything's built I think it's the best place to live in the area.
