Such a beautiful venue! We finally got to see Micheal W. Smith perform! There are a few things I wish they could change. There is no lift or elevator to the mezzanine. I bought tickets for this show in February of 2020, not knowing Covid would postpone the show fir so long. February of 2021 I had a major surgery that makes it hard to climb stairs, currently. There was no open disabled seating. Needless to say, I made my way to the 2nd floor. And then up more stairs to our seats. The concert was great! My only complaint is that you couldn't hear him, a lot. Especially during times that he would tell a story before singing his next song. The speakers above us didn't seem to work or were to quite. All in all, I'd highly recommend attending events at the...
Read moreWe saw a show at this facility on 9/16/23. It was a sold out show and we had what were probably some of the worst seats in the house - row W in the upper balcony. It's the last row, with the wall directly behind the seats. This row of seats is extra tight. I am 5 feet tall and my knees hit the back of the seat in front of me. It was quite hot up there, although not as hot as I expected it to get after we were seated. There was trouble with the sound for the first 10 minutes of the show - and by trouble, I mean there wasn't any. Then, it just wasn't very clear. Many times throughout the show I had trouble deciphering what they were saying and it was the sound quality, not the speakers. It's a lovely old building but not a great, or even...
Read moreWent here a couple months ago for a band concert, it was a lovely performance by the band however we were seated at the top of the auditorium. As a 6’1 woman those seats were not at all designed for anyone taller than 5’8 and above. My seat was also broken and squeaked as did the one in front of me. The seats on the first floor of the auditorium looked much nicer than the ones we sat in. Needless to say, I was so uncomfortable my entire time I was there because I felt like I was a sardine packed tightly inside a can. They clearly didn’t spend a lot of money on the restoration because they would’ve put in better non...
