Paul's made my dream ring a reality. Here is the story!

My fiancé and I had a plan to redesign my engagement ring. Sadly Paul's was not my first stop, a mistake we will never make again.

Long story short, we went to a different jewelry store (chain) where the stone we purchased to replace the original smaller diamond setting in my ring wasn't even a stone the chain was "allowed" to buy. The problem was we already bought the stone and the labor. So two weeks after they day they told us the ring would be READY to pick up - we were told not only that the ring was not done but that it never would or could be done. They then tried to sell us on a different (more expensive option). We were able to get our money back but I was livid and devastated.

I later found myself at Paul's Jewelry - a recommendation from a friend.

HAPPY ENDING WITH PAUL'S Not only were they able to get the stone - but a better cut, size and nearly half the price as well. Better still, the man we worked with - David Fontenot (if I remember correctly) - was excited to work with me and made me feel like our design was perfection. He understood my vision and made it a reality - even though it is different from most other engagement rings and he would probably recieve minimal commission on the sale! Still, I felt like he cared. My ring was ready in DAYS!

They really are the best. I plan on revisiting for our wedding bands...

I can not say enough about Paul's Jewelry. The employees are all very helpful and friendly; however David is exceptional. He gets to know his customers, he talks to them and gets to know their family members also. He is fantastic at helping you select pieces, or with custom designing pieces for yourself or a family member. Paul’s Jewelry is the best in Louisiana. Period. I recently bought a large diamond and Michelle took awesome care of me.
