I went in yesterday to get two dresses for my girls and I was pleased with the selection, the price point is quite high compared to the other boutiques in Lafayette. That is not what I'm basing my review on. They weren't really that busy with customers but they were resetting some displays and things set all over the floor by the front door. I was just there for the children's side and went over there, I found 6 dresses that I wanted to purchase but needed a different size in two of them. I looked around for someone in the children's section but no one was working over there. I went back to the front and asked a girl working on the displays if she could help and she said she would find someone. I waited, and waited, walked around some more, finally someone else asked if I had been helped, I said no I needed another size, she said it would be a minute for them to check. So I waited, and no one came. I put all $300+ of dresses back and left, drove down the road to another...

I had a great experience ordering from Caroline & Company online. I cannot say enough about their customer service. I was curious about a product that I had heard about and wanted to order a few things to try. One product was received in error. I emailed them and they immediately resolved the situation with essentially no inconvenience to me. Anyone and any company can make mistakes, but the way a company handles the resolution separates outstanding companies from good companies. With Caroline & Co., I can ALWAYS find something for myself, a friend, or that one person I just don't know that well - they have something for everyone, honestly.
