CARLY the supposed NIGHT MANAGER IS AWEFUL!! COMPLETELY RUDE AND NO NEED IN BEING A MANAGER DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! When calling to make aware of the mix up in my wings she let me know "what she can do for me is make more and send another driver in about 45 minutes... I let her know I already waited my 45 minutes and I can't wait another 45 more because I have 4 kids... she told me she only had 3 drivers I told her I understand that but it's not my kids fault they messed up my order SO SHE SAID "WELL, I CAN'T TELEPORT YOU YOUR FOOD!!!" WOW, SERIOUSLY??? NO OTHER OPTIONS WERE GIVEN, SHE JUST WENT STRAIGHT NASTY!!! Then when I got very upset because of how ugly she was, she hung up on me!! I had every right to be upset after that!! The absolute ONLY REASON I am even giving this location 2 stars is for Stephen (the other night manager) and Brian (the driver who returned with my kids' wings) Stephen was awesome from the beginning; He was the person who initially took my order and even repeated it back not once but twice to be sure he had everything correct and made me aware of my initial 30-40 minute delivery wait. It was after receiving my food and saying grace with my kids that when we went to make supper plates, we had found the BBQ wings I ordered were actually HOT Buffalo wings which 2 of them can't eat... Carly is who I got the first time HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so after she hung up on me Stephen answered and was so polite and looked into everything possible to make things right... that is what a manager in customer service is supposed to do!! He made sure my family was taken care of the way they should have been the first time!! Then, Brian, the delievery driver that came back was incredible!! Thank you guys for being so awesome!! I truly feel sorry they have to work beside such an aweful, rude person... even more so because she is management!! To all the other customers that she has handled in her time, I am sorry you were talked to with such disrespect!! Hopefully, they will look into this and take matters seriously. Thank you again to Stephen and Brian... if not for them I wouldn't take my business back and I would have strongly recommended to all my friends to go elsewhere because NOBODY DESERVES TO BE DISRESPECTED...
Read moreOrdered ONE xl large meatzza pizza and used my $10 papa rewards credit waited an HOUR just for the driver to get here and tell me that he didn’t have my order and didn’t realize until he got to my house which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard , asked him what was the point of even coming to my house if he didn’t even have the order and he stated that he and another driver closed out my ticket at the same time and the other driver had it which is utterly insane , called in only to be told I’d have another 30 min wait and all they offered was a drink!!! And here it is two hours later and I still don’t have my food !!! definitely notifying their corporate office at this very moment to communicate their inability to rectify situations that are caused by their own employees !!!!!
