This goodwill stole $25 from me. All I needed was some jeans. I NEED them. This wasnāt a fun little shopping spree. There were only 2 in store that had my size. I asked the lady where the dressing rooms were, she said they didnāt have any. I have a really big van that I drive so I just decided to buy the jeans, try them on in my van and see if they fit. They did not, so I went to return them. They wouldnāt give me my money back and instead gave me a gift card that only works at goodwills in georgia. Iām not from Georgia. Iām from Indiana. Iāll never be in this town ever again. Iām passing through and desperately needed jeans. So now I have to go back in the store and find $25 worth of stuff I donāt need because this store would be stealing $25 from me otherwise. They also close in half an hour so I have to hurry. This is wrong. The gift card wonāt even work at Goodwills in Indiana where Iām from. They are literally stealing from me because they refuse to have fitting rooms. This is not okay. And then they want you to donate to them on top of it? I will never shop at a goodwill again....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is very Sad! The prices are high and the quality is poor. LaGrange has a high number of people that could benefit from your retail store. The baby and children's clothing usually have stains. The housewares and furniture are over priced. I have compared the Goodwill Stores in Atlanta and they are affordable, clothing is in good condition and they have a Senior day once a week, The employees in the Atlanta stores are very helpful and pleasant. Please, please, please improve your store to help others! Please provide jobs for those that are appreciative & pleasant. Please offer in good condition: clothing, housewares & furniture at affordable pricing. Also, please offer a Senior Citizen Day once a week. The city of LaGrange needs this and would be very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSandra Whatley was the rudest employee I have ever encountered in the LaGrange store! I ask about an item that I was told would be available today and she asked me several questions with such an attitude about whether I called about it or came in and spoke to someone. I asked her if she would look in the back and see if the item was still back there and she slammed her hangers down in the buggy and walked back there for 5 seconds and came back out and told me no it was not back there and just kept on walking past me. I work in customer service so I know how to be kind and grateful for the job we do. I told her Thank you and left. I DID a lot of business with Goodwill. Donation and purchases. They just lost a good customer of 15 years because of Sandra...
