Where to start! I was sent to Gem by Laguna Toe Rings as a first place to look for specific earrings. Though Gem did not have those, I had trouble maintaining eye contact with the Owner due to the breathtaking displays. I am not a big, jewelry person. I'm a Mariner. I don't wear a lot of jewelry, I don't attend many events and I don't have tons of money but whoa. First one piece, then another, then another caught my eye and imagination! I did purchase something exquisite one of my daughters, and the owner told me exactly where to find what I was looking for. He was kind, knowledgeable, obviously a Master at his craft, and shop pricing is pretty...

I made an in store purchase which included a birthstone necklace with three charms as a gift for my daughter. When I gave it to her we discovered two of the charms were the same and all three should be different. I understand accidents happen so I called the store and left several messages. I never received a return call. Since this is a gift I ordered a new necklace with the missing charm. That was over two weeks ago and the order is still pending I have emailed and messaged on Facebook. I am so disappointed that there has been no communication. Very lovely jewelry, but only a month after my husband purchased a necklace and earings there for our anniversary, the silver was all tarnished. Had to get the silver polish out to polish it. Today I went to wear it and it was tarnished again. Out came the silver polish again. What an inconvenience! Then while polishing it, the earing and the piece that hangs in ear came apart. So my husband had to get his tools out to fix it. I have purchased costume jewelry and a fraction of the cost that wears far better than these products. ...
