See's Candies — Local services in Laguna Hills

Update: After writing the review below a See's representative immediately reached out which is great, shows they do greatly value their customers and reputation. My concerns were passed on to the District Manager (who reached out to me promptly) and the manager (who also reached out to me). Based on this I decided to give the Laguna Hills store another try and had a much better experience. Genevie (associate that helped me) was patient, friendly and nice. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of chocolates; overall great customer service from her.

Original Review: Drew the short straw with customer service. When getting my custom chocolate box Americ C. (per name tag) had attitude, was rude and flat lied to my partner and I. Additionally she wouldn't let me sample a single chocolate and gave my partner attitude when saying she wanted to try one piece (all the other customers were getting multiple samples). Furthermore when selecting a 1/2 lb. box she said we were required to fill the whole box regardless of weight multiple times (she was trying to stack chocolates on other chocolates and smash in as many as she could). Called See's headquarters and they said this is not the case and the employee must have been confused. Good candy but I'll never go back after this experience! Americ C. needs to be let go as she definitely ruined the positive festive holiday spirit we had...

I always love See’s Candies, their chocolates are the best! The service there is always so friendly and helpful. Today I was helped by a very nice worker named Riley who assisted me with picking out chocolates for two separate half pound orders. He gave some great recommendations and was super friendly which is great because I have social anxiety and was super stressed about having to talk to people. Also he did a Valentine’s Day wrap on my order which was really cool. Definitely want to come...

Victor the manager, personally greeted us, gave us each a sample of your delicious chocolates. He was super gracious and helpful in aiding us choose the most wonderful packages of assorted chocolates. Please reward such great employees generously. They are an asset to your organization & the root cause of why people keep coming back....
