Outdoor interiors is the best on so many levels! We’re in the process of tearing out an old deck and building a screened porch. We needed to purchase some additional furniture. We searched numerous products and finally landed on this beatiful high end eucaplytus set (table only Product No: 10023LRG). Purchased on sale through bed, bath and beyond. It delivered on time, two chairs and the high top table. Packaged very well, easy to assemble, excellent weight, color matched, top smooth w/o high spots. Unfortunately, fedex, I’m sure, (because carrying one box at a time to my door, as I watched was beyond them that day) beat and banged it and slammed it on my porch. This somehow snapped a piece of wood off one leg, right at on s screw hole. Went back to BBB. They wanted the whole product returned, credited and re-ordered! First that’s a waste of this beautiful product! Second, they likely would have backcharged the entire item back to outdoor interior interiors. Another waste of time and money! We decided to call OUTDOOR INTERIORS directly. Tim in customer service was the consummate professional. Apologized that we had to suffer this issue. Never asked for an order number. Quickly identified the table we had. Loaded up our address and contact info Only wanted pics of the damaged leg so he was sure he had the right part number AND so they could improve their packaging. Everything easy and everything you want to hear from customer service! He emailed us and we received tracking the day after New Years! We received our replacement leg free of charge AND a very nice gift. A complete wood furniture care kit. Totally unsolicited I might add! We WILL be buying more of their products as we round out our porch project. EXCELLENT PRODUCTS MATCHED BY EXCELLENT...

Absolutely incredible Customer Service!! I purchased an Outdoor Interiors Eucalyptus Table online from Bed Bath & Beyond In March, 2020. One of the tabletop panels developed a split in the wood so initially I reached out to Bed Bath & Beyond to check on what could be done. Bed Bath & Beyond outsourced their Customer Service Department to China; I was on hold for about 30" and then was told that I could send the table back (there was substantial confusion as to where I was to send said table) and then....it seems that I would receive a replacement table 2-3 months from that point..the conversation was an exercise in frustration and a complete waste of time. I then called Outdoor Interiors directly, selected Customer Service at the prompt and a live person here in the United States, Maureen, actually answered. I explained my issue and was told to email proof of purchase and a picture of the tabletop, which I did later that day. The next morning, I received an email response and was told that I would be receiving a replacement table via UPS at no cost to me. Outdoor Interiors, as represented by Maureen, is the epitome of professionalism. The table is extremely well made and I absolutely love it and I'm so grateful for this company's customer service. Compliments to Outdoor Interiors for exceeding my expectations as a customer. They sell quality furniture and back it with exceptional customer service. Last summer I bought an outdoor dining set and two matching eucalyptus lounge chairs. The lounge chairs were for my wife's birthday and she was excited to update the old set. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and assembled quickly. However she wasn't 100% satisfied with the lounge chairs and said they needed a cushion. The price and style was perfect so I wrote a quick review saying the chairs looked great but weren't very comfortable. Customer Support took action, contacted me to validate the review and see if they could help. After a short conversation we agreed to try cushions and keep the lounges. Outdoor Living even threw in a complimentary side table and hard wood cleaning/care kit to oil and protect my furniture. Glad we kept them because we absolutely love the set.
