We are so very pleased with our new mattresses from Bayou Beds in Lake Charles, La. My husband's back went out and I needed to get new mattres perfect for his back condition. Ours was sagging too much. I set out to replace our king mattress with a split king to be able to maneuver around hubby during the weeks he would be bedridden. I talked at length with Chris about memory foam vs coil vs hybrid & he answered my many questions to help decide what would best suit our needs since my husband was unable to try out the mattresses himself. I laid on several & picked what I thought would be ideal for us & Chris scheduled them for delivery while my husband was on an ambulance trip to a Dr in Baton Rouge. Beds were set up upon his return. I could not ask for a more knowledgeable person than Chris of mattresses in general & especially Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns and Foster, & hybrid mattresses! After purchasing a mattress from a competitor which started sagging months after purchasing and got no help from them, my husband and I went to bayou beds and spoke with Chris. He was patient and sympathetic and assured us that they didn’t do business like that. We purchased another mattress and not only did they deliver it but custom built additional support on my frame to help with any possible sagging. Six months after purchasing my husband passed away and after 2 years of sleeping on only one side I felt that the mattress needed to be rotated. I called and asked if it was possible for help and by that afternoon Chris had someone here to turn my mattress. I had been shopping for a few weeks for new mattresses. I needed both a King and Queen as mine had gotten damaged in moving. I went to several places and was about ready to purchase when I decided to stop at Baylor Beds Mattress Gallery. I met John Fayko when I arrived and was surprised with his knowledge right away. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and answered all my questions( I had a lot of them).He spent a lot of time with me and truly made me feel like a valued customer. His customer skills were outstanding and I ended up spending twice as much money as I had planned to spend. John was the difference and I would recommend him to everyone!.
