Ms. Sue is the greatest asset to this company! She was so professional, patient, and informative. She helped me design my dream ring and I couldn’t be more in love with the end product. She made multiple suggestions to make sure my diamond would be very secure as it is a bigger solitaire. She did everything to ensure my vision came to life- from sending multiple options, being available after hours and on her days off, and the biggest one is being patient with me when the suggestions weren’t exactly what I was looking for. She’s the best and I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. The entire team is so friendly. I also got a real bee necklace that was coated in gold which is quite stunning....

I just happened in a Google search to find Lustre. When I walked in I was immediately greated by the sweetest women there! They are kind, knowledgeable, and quick on returning your jewlery. I have had several other pieces fixed there in the past 2 years I have been going, but my reason for this review is my husband and I finally decided to get a custom piece done for me. One word.
