First time I went to schedule an appointment, I was told no appointment was necessary. There's a sign on the door that says "Walk-Ins Welcome".

First time I went back with no appointment and was "squeezed in" feeling like a burden that they had to take me in the "15 minutes they had between appointments".

I did received a great cut and decided to return as a walk-in, only to be told they were booked and was asked if i would like to schedule an appointment.

No one was impolite or rude, they were all nice, however, if you have "walk-ins welcome" on your door but you prefer to do things by appointment, consider taking off the "walk-ins welcome" sign or staff someone who is strictly available to take walk-ins who does not work by appointments.

For someone like me who doesnt know when my day will afford me the next hour of availability, its nice to know that there are places that do take walk-ins. Its hard for me to schedule in advance because im forced to cancel when something pressing...

Beards and shears is the best shop in town, a class of their own… elite. The environment of this place is so dope and everyone who works there is so chill, friendly, and inviting. I started coming here when my barber (Kayla) moved over here and I couldn’t be more stoked that she did. She does an amazing job on all her cuts, and is so fun while doing it. The owner (kara) has done an amazing job with running her place and is a total rock star. I’ve been able to see the work from everyone who works here and I’ve never seen a bad cut. Any person here can take care of whatever you need done and you can trust that it’ll be done right and look amazing. Let’s just say my grandpaw always said you should only trust 2 people, a big cook and your barber. Well I started using Kaitlin when she worked at a different barber shop. When she moved to this new and amazing barber shop, Ofcourse I followed. I trust her with my hair and beard. Great personality and great person to work on your hair. You’ll walk in wearing a hat and walk out not needing to wear it cause she an amazing job. I can’t recommend this...
