My 1st Ring, I Had Them Resize It For Me They Had Wonderful Customer Service & I Receive My Ring Back In 2 Weeks Top!

My 2nd Ring, I'm Having Them Resize It Too & Its Going On A Whole Month! My Husband Call To Check On It Last Week & Said It Would Be Ready Today. We Call Them & The Dude Who Answer The Phone Said It Would Be Later This Week BUT We Hear The Lady (His Aunt) In The Background Saying It'll Be Friday When She Goes That Way For Her Doctors Appointment To Pick It Up & Her Other Packages From Fed Ex .
