Unless Shar can assist you, DON'T go here. A 10 minute battery replacement for my watch ultimately took 4 days, and coincidentally, my watch is now broken. Judy, my "helper" was rude and took no accountability, even though she told me she struggled with it (my watch) and couldn't get the new battery in. No apologies, no offer to make it right, only an offer from the owner via Judy to send it to The Watch Dr. for approximately 4 weeks at my expense. They lost a local customer, and I will warn others. EDIT~Because the owner commented on my review, they were willing to fix my watch at THEIR expense, in November 2024, I mailed them a note with my receipt attached, and I received no response. In January 2025, I emailed through their website following up, again, no response. Not good business practice Johnson Jewelers. If your offer to fix my watch at your expense was lost in communication as you stated, why aren't you now paying for the damage...

I recently purchased some earrings as a Push Present for my wife. I did my homework before calling Steve (the owner). His pricing was below the other jewelers and Blue Nile. Happily, the service was also really good. Calls were always returned within hours; which was nice because I'm cheap and needed a little extra hand holding when spending this kind of money.

If you head down from MSP, take the Great River Road. Its a bit of a long drive, but at least it's pretty. The money I saved made it...

My husband needed to get his ring finger measured in order to have his wedding band made a little bigger. Johnson's wanted to charge him $25 just to measure his finger. Really?! Unbelievable!! I will never shop here again. I would give them zero stars if that...
