Called to ask questions about what I bought and as a customer, I asked for the name of the manager who I was talking to, and she would not give me her name. In fact, she refused to give me her name which is really sketchy. I wasn’t there to complain. I had questions and she wouldn’t give me her name. Therefore I feel as though something sketchy going on and they should not have a problem with giving out their first names. Yesterday, I popped in just to treat myself with a little something like I usually do once in a while. A few ladies from out of town where ahead of me with a lot of items. They got checked out then proceeded to complain about the cashier not fully disclosing a promotion from a vendor. They carried on like it was Treats and Treasures fault.
