I“ve had three repairs done by them. Mostly good stuff. I have 4 compliments and 1 criticism for them.
So not perfect but pretty close. From the other reviews, it sounds like you can get burned pretty bad here. But that might just depend on which employee handles your repair. The guy who handled my stuff most of the time was a great worker.

I took my wife's phone there to have a charger port replaced and had paid in advance so they could order the part and get it fixed the same day. Turned out they ordered the wrong part and when I got it back from removing the charging port the microphone didn't work so you couldn't use it for making phone calls. It took them a week to get the correct charging port in and when I took it back in they were unable to repair the damage they did to the phone. Worse than that they wouldn't reimburse me for the damage they had done or replace the phone.
There owners/managers avoided my calls from the very beginning, they weren't at the store when I went in person either. After trying to contact them nearly a dozen times I finally got to talk to the manager she told me she would contact me back the next day with a resolution and that's the last I heard from her. I called several more times after that and she wouldn't return my calls.
The management here is a joke, if your phone or computer matters to you it's worth it to take it to a more professional establishment even if it costs...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought gaming laptop in to get fixed, had to call weekly to even get updates. After 3 weeks they still couldn't find the part needed. So I exchanged my older casual laptop for my gaming laptop. I asked for casual laptop to be wiped and windows reinstalled because it was running extremely slow and for screen to be replaced due to a spiderweb type Crack. When I get it back the ONLY thing they did was replace the screen and there is a gap along the bottom of the screen. They called and told me they ordered the wrong screen, told me it was 30 bucks more than the wrong screen they bought and there is still a highly noticeable gap like the screen is to small. I'm taking both laptops to another business and getting my tech PROPERLY fixed. Do NOT waste your money with this business! If they don't or can't wipe your computer, tell the customer when they ask for that to be done. Don't order the wrong part, charge the customer for your mistake and then still put the wrong size part in without saying a D*MN thing to said customer all while not even doing half of the things they asked for. Tech isn't cheap, don't let them destroy or halfa$$ repairs...
